@VIDEOZAL - If you have heart problems the extreme change in temperature may be too much of a shock. Also, there are contra-indications to spending too long in an extremely hot environment. But if you are healthy and well-hydrated, and don't remain in the extreme hot or cold for too long this is VERY healthy for your circulation, immune system, and recovery.
Can it actually do any harm if done wrong way?
