Short version: Dean is kinda the prince of the demons (red-eye-demon), also Rachel is a demon. Both are (again) something like friends with benefits.

Brooke and Leon (Sam/Jared Padalecki) are Hunters. Brooke want revenge, because her parets and her boyfriend died because of a red-eye-demon (Deans Father)

Sooner or later Brooke and Dean fall in love, but Brooke doesn't know that he's a demon. That's the story as far.

But Leon isn't really a human, he's kida Deans half-brother, it's like in supernatural, as baby he drank demons blood, the blood of Deans father. They've also the same mother.
