It works the same if used properly. It depends on the patient. A good patient will make up for the lack of a real time relationship by taking photos and emailing any concerns they are having while on the program.

I can tell you this my acne has gone for the most part...I can't even explain it...I'm now using vitamine e oil to fade my scars. Perhaps my method can help...dunno what happened...I'm happy that it is gone for the moment...holla
