its funny how people say she don't know her hmong, but the question is do you know your hmong? the language have been changing ever since the hmong migrated to the mountains of laos and vietnam. just because we are use to the hmong/lao language doesn't mean we're speaking proper hmong. they hmong have envolve with the mixing of chinese just like how most US hmong are mix with laotian

@kenshinvue no, its not 'mixed'. yes, we borrowed some laotian words, but our hmong has not been 'mixed' or evolved into a new language. all you have to do is watch videos of hmoob dawb in vietnam who have had 0 lao exposure and they speak exactly like us. we speak the HMOOB DAWB DIALECT, lets not confuse that with LANGUAGE. its already been proven by linguists that all the hmong/mong/miao DIALECTS from china/laos/vietnam/thailand are ALL RELATED AND SPRING ONE ORIGINAL LANGUAGE.

The narrator is speaking in the leng (green) dialect. He's introducing her as Song Zuying a Hmong from Beijing. I'm assuming that's where she is currently living or studying but not the of city her origin. Someone mention Paj Tawg Laj but I didn't here that. Anyways Paj Tawg Laj is called WenShan and is located near the Vietnam and Laos border.

@blongsiab Song Zuying is from the hmong in Hunan province and speak the eastern hmong dialect. they are the 2nd biggest hmong group with 2 million+ peeps behind the hmong in Guizhou province who have 4 million+ peeps.
