I believe that it is up to the content creator to decide if this is wrong or not. Did you create any of the content in these commercials?

I'm a viewer, he have uploaded many videos that contain various copyrighted commercials in a short period, I think he has overdone a little. If he have enabled the evaluation, Viewers have the right to decide "liked" or "dislike" for whatever reason.
