The only way that this wouldn't be, is if Coloniser gave you permission to upload his video, and change the sound effects. I'm guessing he didn't cause it says "Total video converter." So make your own videos, don't steal from others, and especially do not take credit for it!

rotoscoping is easy dude, I wouldn't even call it fx because it is so easy, it may be time consuming, but all you need is photo shop to edit your frames. Though I admit, you did an excellent job on the rotoscoping, you really should give props to the original creator.
