For someone who has a minimal internet plan (128 KB/s), it would take 32 minutes. If your internet speed is 70 KB/s (believe me, I see that internet speed on people with cheapo internet for seniors), then yes it would take an hour. Let's not forget there are still people with dialup speeds. =)
