Hi. Assuming that you already have the drift tires, I believe the most important is a good set of ball bearings to smoothen frictions and avoid overheating. you might need to upgrade suspension with soft springs all around for a a better control overall. A motor like Xspeed would also help (more power torque...)
Then lastly tune camber and try to have around 1º more on the rear.
And give it practice, a lot of practice... It is so fun ;-)...

No most of the cars are completely tuned with high revs motors. However an Xspeed could do just as well.
