@thereelstory Sandfords also catch Fonzies and Roughy. Our other major fishing companies websites are at (add the dots) Talleys co nz and Sealord co nz. Roughy and Warehou are too oily for fishmeal, so the heads are generally discarded at sea.
I am a bait dealer here in USA. I would like to know who to contact about buying the heads of these fish by the container load. You have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

@thereelstory You could try Sandford Ltd (sanford co nz - add the dots): they catch and process Hoki: the heads are currently made into fish-meal.
