They're not playing D&D, it seems in this system stats are measured from 1-20 and each extra one gives you an extra 5% chance- 1 would only hit on 20, 2 would hit on 19 or 20, etc. 6 doesn't impose a negative.

You're absolutely right. And it would make him very difficult to play... unless he specialized in, and almost exclusively used, bows. Those rely more on your dex than strength. Unless I remembered it wrong. I only ever used a bow once in combat, and that was my first ever campaign, so the rules always elude my memory.

I think the Tusken Raider bark is a universal victory cry. At least two of my old game groups used to do it in any RPG from D&D to Werewolf: The Apocalypse to Shadowrun to In Nomine. Barbarian lands a fatal Rage-crit with a greataxe? RURR hurr hurr hur rrr! Wendigo tears a BSD's head off? RURR hurr hurr hur rrr! Calabite of Fire invokes his Resonance and nukes a Seraph of the Sword into Trauma? RURR hurr hurr hur rrr!
