  • This was their final single, released in early '69, I believe. And one of their very best--I think only "Mud In Your Eye" is superior. Although really everything by them is pretty darn great.

  • What year is this from?

  • @Stacela

My records are not in my office so i think its 67 without looking

  • Another influence for Serge Fiori's Harmonium in the mid-70's.

  • reckon this is one of the saddest songs ever written

  • They did some great stuff, but, this sounds like a hit. I always thought this was the best song Pete Townshend didn't but should have written.

  • fucking ace 60s tune ...

  • To true .

  • @s2trash Beggining like Harmonium in 1974, ending like "Money" from Pink Floyd. Weird. Avant-garde bands located between 1965-1969. Sounds like Paul Stanley's KISS songs sometimes.

Thanks for poping in and commenting

  • I hadn't heard anything from Fleur De Lys other that than that ace track Circles. BTW> was JImmy page in this band at sometime?

  • Is it even the same band?

  • try "Mud In Your Eye" by these too!

    4kn awesome track!

  • I know that, it's sublime.

  • No Jimmy Page was not and Circles is by them as well

  • @s2trash

Page was not a member of the band, but he did do a session lead guitar track on "Circles/Instant Party".

  • @desertfoxleo No he did not, mate. It was Fleur member Phil Sawyer's guitar work on "Circles". I was there!!
