Hello - thank you for the great video. I couldn't find how to make a simple horizontal navigation bar using a graphic in the background anywhere. The only problem I'm having is that when I look at the bar in my dreamweaver design page everything lines up perfectly. When I go to LIVE VIEW the tabs are all out of line - lots of spacing in between each one - very strange. Would you be able to tell me how I might fix this - I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. Thanks so much.
Thank you for the wonderful tutorial. I do have a question for you. Is there anyway to make buttons for the navigational bar in Dreamweaver cs5? I seen where you could make buttons for Dreamweaver 4 and earlier. Once again thanks for your tutorials. I subscribed

Nice! Learned some nice Dreamweaver tricks enroute to a clear explanation of how to build a horizontal nav. I'm saving this video to favorites since I do markup in spurts and often forget techniques that an everyday user wouldn't.

Issue reported by dreamweaver: If a link with display: block and no explicit dimensions is inside a list item, any spaces linebreaks that follow the list item in the code will cause.... Affects: Internet Explorer 6.0 Likelihood: Very Likely --- issue: win XP IE6.0 Navigation menu is not displayed correctly! --- issue: firefox 3.x When using the browse/page back menu option, a previous selection rectangle in the navigation is still visiable. I'm not using it, but thanks I learnt something.
Nice way to do horizontal navigation... thanks for having these videos on YouTube .... I can revue your steps and learn how to modify the CSS for styling the nav buttons.
helped a lot ;)
