Stalin did not die of natural causes. he was poisoned by Beria, because he and the other Politbureau members sensed that Stalin was getting ready to do another round of pruges, and that they would be his next victims. They struck first. After they in turn killed Beria, they made sure no other KGB chief would never again wield such power indepenantly.
The term "Marxist Holocaust" is the best possible word to use when describing Russian communiasm (and other Communisms as well) to the dumbed down victims of the politically correct schools. Soviet Communism was promoted by the official New York gov't approved text books when I was a student at City College of New York.
and that many of them died of a rupture of their urine bladder. how is it possible
Spontaneous bladder rupture is very rare. Bladder rupture usually occurs when an individual sustains trauma and has a full bladder. I cannot say what occurred to the people you describe but can only assume that other problems must have led to their demise. Spontaneous and uncontrolled voiding (incontinence) would occur in these people prior to any chance of a spontaneous rupture
none of this is true because russia did not need a secret police because they had achived a scoailist paradise where there was no crime because everyone was satisfied by the great miracles
@ef6854 they were so happy there, there was no need to be an enemy of the state..afterall must make one feel good when your child is trained to spy aganist you and turn youin as an enemy of the state...only to be executed while the child is rewarded and praised
@tubebellator Yes, but their children are not terrorists. They merely were trying to avenge for the genocide that was committed upon their forefathers by NKVD.
@burko890 It was most likely not a ''natural death'' based on the research of a reporter who went through the declassified archives.''Hell'' was invented by the Egyptians and it is a nasty place indeed.
I just read "Life and Fate" by Vasily Grossman. Grossman was the most famous russian war correspondent of WWII and wrote this sprawling novel at the risk of his own life, detailing the corruption and horror of Stalinist russia - and his own path to utter dissillusionment.
Grossman's theme is the same as this documentary: stalinism and nazism are indistinguishable.
Thanks for posting these videos, woodbine.
Anyone who wants to know more - take a look at Grossman's masterpiece.
@honestyispatriotic Yes! I just read the same book. Also look for 'A Writer at War', about Vasily Grossman. Your point about the book, that totalitarianism in Germany and Russia were indistinguishable, is absolutely the correct analyses of 'Life and Fate'. It is also a novel in the tradition of the Great Russian Novels of Dostoevsky and the other greats.
I sometimes get the sense that Communism is never put on the same level as Nazism. Both systems are cut from the same cloth. Also Communism lasted longer and killed more people across three continents of Africa, Europe and Asia. This barbarism was allowed because of Western intellectuals inability to deal with reality. Shame on them.
shame on the west for what? the west didn't "allow" it as you say. The West wanted to avoid WWIII and before WWII the West didn't know this stuff was going on. You should be saying shame on the Communists not the west. Thousands of Americans and its allies died trying to stop the spread of communism during the Cold War.
@ieldarb123 Tell that to the people of the 3rd World; the Vietnamese, Koreans, Afghans, Guatemalans, Chileans, and so many more (including American Soldiers) who died by the millions in this "Cold" War.
The NKVD killed around half of the Polish officer corp (around 14,000), taken in eastern Poland in 1939. The rest (another 8000) were border guards, policemen, doctors, lawyers and other intelligentsia deemed "opposed to socialism", all of them killed in spring 1940, totalling 22,000 people, mostly shot one by one in the back of the head.
My father was in Tatischev (Pavlishev) camp, the fourth of the camps in the Katyn story where the pitifully few survivors ended up.
Rumors say Stalin was murdered by ***'s in his inner circle.

How sad the 'father' of modern Russia had a 'natural' death at a young age of 73.
Just think what he may have accomplished with his buddy Beria if he had just lived another decade.
Well he is now in his 'paradise' HELL and may he smoke there forever.

luckily todays western intellectuals got it right... by invading Iraq and deposing Saddam, another bloody dictator
dishdog215 2 years ago
@dishdog215 Are you joking? The people who invaded Iraq are thoroughly discredited murderers, not intellectuals.
newmanfrigan 1 year ago
@chigal09 No, that makes no sense whatsoever, that western intellectuals would have had to power to allow or disallow Stalinism.
