    areyou using a sucker gap ?

    try adding or subtracting one of your gap to change the frequency output of your primary

  • It sounds like the gap is actually having trouble firing. I think more tank capacitance is what is needed. It would slow breakrate to optimum freq, and the bang energy will be larger. That = more sparks.

  • thats all its doing is short circuiting strait to earth. in this garge its hitting metal parts and flowinf to earth up the electrode and back to the switch board or power soure and the through the MEN link to the netural bar and back to the street transformer

  • Voltage is directly proportional to current the Higher the EMF (voltage) the higher the current.

    when i human stands near one of thoses things I=V over R ie the current that flows though you will be determined by the voltage over the resistance of your body the higher the EMF (voltage) this faster it will break your body down causes more current to flow though you and leading to death intill your body is a dead circut and the coil once again short circuits like in the moive.
