man i get allergies basically every morning,,sneezing,,,clear mucus that leaks and itchy eyes....reactin taking when crushed and in honey will work in 30 mins or less and help you stay good all day!

Nettles are indeed very good. For runny nose and sniffles another very good herb is eyebright. However, eyebright is really drying so it should not be used with a stuffed-up nose, as it will make it worse. For that condition saline will definately work wonders. I combined mine with garlic, good for sinus infection too this way.
