this is amazing for an electic gun, very good job. you will have gotten 88bbs into your enemy before they can say "hit" ;) love it..... but with a gas gun you could max out the rof possible by shooting the next bb exactly behind the first.
We made one that does ~8000 per minute using a vortex block. It's called the VS-01 hornet (Vortex Strafe - model 01) and runs on a propane tank refitted to run pressurized air at around 150 PSI.
We can mow the lawn with it.
Also, it would be nice to be able to see the gun actually firing to be able to verify the test. If you asked me, I'd have to assume the sector gear is catching the piston before it performs the full stroke, so you are loosing FPS.
I need to get my friend who does all my tech work to put his m4 on youtube. It shoots around 75~80 rps.... the problem is there is no magazine in exsistance that has a spring that can keep up with that so it miss-feeds like crazy. He built the gun to prove a point. Ill post a link asap
