I too prefer Safari Chris, It's sleek, clean and beautiful. It's speedy too and it just fits well within Mac OS X. I feel as though Firefox is a fat clunky thing in OS X.

i have problem with my firefox..

when im downloading a game its 900 mb...

when its 99% my firefox is not responding and my downloaded file turns into internet explorer file whatever you call it but, the file that didnt finish download...

i have pretty good laptop hp pavillion 2410us...

im updated to latest firefox ...

i already remove the adds-ons or the plugins for firefox..

im using roadrunner for my internet...

i dont know wtf is the problem so PLZ HELP....

Right now, I am using IE 7, it's pissing me off, so I'm going over to Firefox 3, to see what I have always ignored.

How about downloading Opera instead? It is the better browser. I personally think Firefox sucks, especially on the Mac. It is just too bloated. I like Safari on OS X and Opera on Windows. Not sure about Linux.

Safari may be small, lightweight, fast, and standards compliant (passed both Acid2 and acid3 tests in webkit builds)

But, you can't use PayPal on it, because as far as PayPal is concerned, Safari is in the same category as IE4 when it comes to security, due to lack of phishing filter and validation features.

I have tried FireFox, but I found that I cant seem to use it on many of the websites that I use freaquently. I went back to IE7 which is not so much my favorite web browser either but I can not seem to find a browswer that is as wildly recognized as IE. Any suggestions?

that's why you have a nice upgrade called IE tab, completely free, and wich allows you to open pages that only work with IE, like the microsoft web page :p

in a few words, is a disguise in order to deceive the web pages, and make them think you are actually using IE 6 or 7

I downloaded the FF Bèta, but didn't like it because of the interface, I rather have the classic buttons (so I hope we can change that issue).

What I did like is that it asks a lot less of your pc, giving you some extra power to do other things, cause I have a lot of applications open when surfing on the internet...
