A small tip.
With the 1.5 Apoc patch CCP will introduce Large, Medium, and Small rigs. Depending on the ship's size you will be able to fit different rigs.
Badgy is a medium ship. Rigs won't cost much because of small material requirements (~20 parts of each type).
Small rigs require 1 part for example... lol

yeah... badger with that setup can even survive a good fitted cruiser, or couple of cruisers with not-well skilled pilots
