Hello. I have one and suddenly it stopped working...is there any workaround??

can i still get this in australia , i have the hair dryer of the same brand and it works great on my curly , thick hair. hasnt broken but when i put it on 'cool' setting for a long amount of time it stops for a few minutes. Still the best hair tool ever that dosent do to much damage!

I highly don't reccommend this for buyers.

I'm going for the Conair steam straightner today. :] crossed fingers that it works!

chi's dont break easily. My mom has had 1 for 2 or 3 years now and it still works just as AWESOME! and this thing doest seem to really straighten your hair THAT well, even though i havent tried it. :/ but i cant trust conair.

It seems to work for me. I have flat hair and dont really need it for the straightening part though. But I do like it. I can tell a difference with this from when i just blow it dry up side down with a regular dryer. I got cat walk root booster and also sexed up and both of those products really help my limp flat hair along with this styler. Good luck!
