I think i have seen this.

I have a very faint memory of watching something like this.

Isn't it the one in which they celebrate a kids birthday in one episode who sells chai and a women makes a cake for him.

And there is other guy who is celebrating his kid's birthday kinda lavishly cus he has a little more money?

I really miss these serials!! Buniyaad, Nukkad. Used to watch them so much!! I wish they were telecast again!! Beautiful stories, lovely work. Can i have more episodes or videos??

@MrNareshsuri Naresh Suri ji. I will never forget Nukkad. It was awesome serial. Never in the history of Indian Television, any serial would be able to match popularity of this serial. This serial was the best. I remember as I grew up watching this serial and cried when it was announced that it was ending. The last episode was of cricket when they win on last wicket.

Just went back to my teenage days...........One of serial I LOVED THE MOST....

In this serial, I like the character Khopdi - the drunkard,

Others I remember - Ganpath - Police man, Guru - mechanic - Hari....and I still remember the old man shouting at Hari from balcony as - Lafangaa......

Can you  try to contact doordarshan and bring this in DVD so that we can relive and enjoy those golden days

This is great serial from the purest times on indian television,simplicity personified.

I still love nukkad,well all do,I wasnt even born when this clip is from,bit we used to have re-runs in the 90s and the naya nukkad,but my dad used to see with the entire family.

The warmth in these serials are much better than any Serial running today.

You all did an amazing job Sir.

Doordarshan can get fantastic TRP for this serial even today. Why can't they start broadcasting these serials again...
