@MdmMim1 You don't have to be fit to be able to punch with that speed. It's all about staying calm and relaxed and tucking your elbows in behind your fists. Then it's a matter of practicing chain punching without tightening your arm muscles.

Unfortunately Yip Man could only film the basics of Wing chun before passing, and he was in pain and weak while doing those videos so that shows how much spirit he had. He did those videos so that students of wing chun can tell real sifus from the frauds who didn't complete the system but claimed to done so under Yip Man.

@red4ce Its a square of glutinous rice jelly filled with either peanut, soy bean pudding or dates. I have no idea what its called in English.... It's referred to as 'Gao' which in cantonese, loosely, meaning a type of cake.

For 40 years this man has been teaching Full Contact Chinese Boxing (Kung Fu) and Aikido, as well as military tactics for survival and self-defense. And he is someone, even at 63, can out perform anyone in their 20s or 30s who are in their prime.

Master Liu appears to be using Xing Yi Quan, kinda funny in the sequal Ip Man fights a master of Ba Gua Zhang, theres two of the major internal arts on screen, Xing Yi is rarely seen in movies so this is interesting...
