Just wonder if touching the shoes is a bit like touching bad energies. Usually that's explained in yoga or budhist or in any Eastern practice. I maybe wrong though coz she knows a lot about nrgies, doesn't she. Is there someone than can explain me if I'm correct or wrong?

I have done a few meditations in the Wayne Cook Posture... very powerful.

When energies are aligned properly, it is much easier to get into a peaceful state of relaxation and/or meditation much more quickly.
