I have used .20 bios in some of the cheap guns and it will screw up the hop up. As far as the .12s I have never had any problems. They are not very accurate however. Also, if your gun becomes jammed and you continue to shoot this can damage the hop up.

Those bbs you show at 3:30 don't use them. They are .20s from cybergun you probably bought them at sports authority or dicks sporting goods but they aren't as good as you think. They jam in my magazines, and they shattered in the barrel then screwed up the hop up. And they are covered in some white powder (Maybe cybergun put cocaine in them) that once in a while jams in the magazine. In my crappy shotgun they brake in the barrel too. Get Matrix, TSD, ICS, or Madbull those are the best
