10ish years ago the ROYAL MAIL delivered between 97 & 99 % of 1st mail the next day. Most posties are hard working - most managers sexist, racist and bullies. I left after 9 years employment there - I saw the managers steal money that was lost in the post. Had RM been left as it was customers would be getting the level of service they deserve & posties would be on better money as they were 10 years ago! GOOD LUCK with the STRIKE

oh - and the managers were also milking pay with false overtime claims and earning themselves around £36 k a year!! and that was 10 years ago!
