Amazing,we have all this media technology now and this intro bites big time compared to anything back during the pre CG era. In fact, it bites even not comparing it to anything. Is there anything on TV that is good anymore? Seems like quality has become an extinct animal.
Never saw this intro before, because it has a brand new opening sequence rather than this tired old intro from the 1990's right up until 2007 or early 2008. I'll check it out! Maybe they should use it with the classic "4:30 Movie" theme by Joe Raposo over the intro.
From what I could gather, WABC's late night movie show is on track to be the longest-running movie show in NYC history - albeit under a slew of different titles ("The Night Show," "The Best of Broadway," "Saturday/Sunday Night Movie," "Channel 7 Late Movie" etc.), going all the way back to early 1956. Never mind that it's a virtual shell of its former self . . . ;)
I Believe This Was A Video Clip Of WABC-TV's Late Night Movie Video Open From 2008.

the letter weights of the abc logo are off, only the "c" is correct the "ab" are too heavy - sloppy.

It's okay to keep the opening animation; just please resurrect Joe Raposo's "Moving Pictures" standard!

@guy2008rules if only the abc logo was invovled in the wabc 1992-2008 movie intro ; even though it was invovled when they had the "ER Theatre"
