Being smart at somethings doesn't make a person smart at everything I'm afraid to say. When Sarah Palin endorsed Rand Paul, I was worried that would happen to him, like a kiss of death, I thought that it would crush his campaign. Fortunately he powered through on his own merits and won even with a Palin endorsement. I don't know Kelly so I don't have an opinion on her personally.
