I tried to make the very same brownie recipe w/ that awesome Gluten Free mix, but with this and any other, it's either egg, egg white, or the fucking GLUTEN! It sucks ass. I can't eat anything (or at least it feels like it) anymore, and i'm probably gonna die of malnutrition or something because my diet is so limited. But hey, at least they are trying to put the GF products out there so that's a start. You're not alone, corny i know :)

I can´t eat gluten. I live in sweden and here you can get glutenfree food everywhere! But when i was on a trip too Usa we asked for a gluten-free burger on mcdonald. But they did´nt understand anything. Weird!!!

Some people are sensitive, intolerant or allergic to gluten, people with celiac disease, cannot eat any gluten at all, if you care for the symptoms list, google it. Gluten is a protein structure in wheat, barely and rye, and possibly a few other grains. once water is added to such grains gluten is formed. Certain people's bodies cannot tolerate this structure, thus it makes them sick. Thats why there are these gluten free recipes.

I was misdiagnosed, I still care about the diet and nutrition and cost of the diet for those who have to be gluten free. There are a LOT of recipes out there that are good. IF you can cook.

@meggiemeg86 Full of it! At least when baking from scratch, you can pack nutrition into what every you are cooking. When using these mixes you are trusting your very life with a big company, which I bet puts profit first. It is not that hard to grind your own flours and make it from scratch. My grandma would not have used a mix and neither will I.
