I'm a natural bodybuilder and i reached my limit...

Now i must train much harder to see further results but still,im not going to take shit into my organism....

All of the bodybuilders (i talk about professionals like Ronie and Cutler) are taking testosterone and roids cause there is no other way to build muscle to that point by taking only food and whey proteins...

Im at my best by taking only food,now when i reached my limit i took whey proteins to move on...but no roids for me!!!

I agree that there is a high probability that steroids are heavily involved at this level of weight-training, but I am not 100% convinced with everyone.

Some people are able to hear better, see better, run faster, balance better... I don't see why weight-training would be an exception to that rule. There is a chance (although low, I admit) that many of these weight-trainers were just biologically lucky.
