Congress made a law stating that all toilets sold in the US after 1992 will use 1.5 gallons of water to wash the shit out of your house instead of 3 gallons that were used in the older style toilets that actually worked.
Turns out they don't really save water as you have to flush them repeatedly to get rid of your turds. Except for socialized medicne, Canada is right. They know how to get rid of shit better than America who seems to love shit since they elected a giant turd (ie. 0bama)

I am used to it too, but when I had a visitor from Europe, she was quiet fascinated by it. She said our toilets used a good amount of water and doesn't need to be flushed 2, 3 times. Now I am proud to be Canadian! LoL
