Don't ask me why, but everytime I hear this song Hugh Jackman comes to mind as a tough guy singing this song while he drives some kind of big machine and smoking a big cigar. Just wering jeans and a dirty west.
I haven't heard this in 40 years. I had the record when I was about 11 ('71, '72). I even remember the "big west" green label. What me and my brother and friends thought back then was, that it's a rip-off of commander cody's "Hot Rod Lincoln".
