we adjusted timing to smooth out idle, that is why it's at -13 in/hg

20 is normal on most WRX's

if you look at the gauge its -13 in/hg hard to see but it does say.

Is that boost gauge in psi ? If so that would be -26in/hg ?

that means your bov is open @ idle. so wouldn't there be a vacuum leak?

the bov would open at -14in/hg, it's closed
