I have jailbroken my 1st gen iPod Touch. Now, I use "Proswitcher". From what I've heard, MultiFl0w is terrible and has alot of issues and quirks people dont like. And Proswitcher is an exact copy of the Palm Pre multi tasking, Proswitcher is better and appears more reliable. Plus its free, not $4:99. But on a 1st gen iPod Touch, Proswitcher is laggy as hell, but thats just my iPod probably.

some people go way over board when they jailbreak... i'll admit that i have downloaded a lot of stuff since I jailbroke my ipod touch, but this dudes thing runs slower the heck. I'd rather have the original ipod touch factory settings then a suped up rig that laggs like heck.

I'd say not.... in all honesty, i have never used multiflow, but nothing that is 5 bucks will beat proswitcher... if multiflow was free, I'd take it over pro I think, but as is, I'm sticking with proswitcher.

a bug thats been noticed is for example if you open the wrong app and cancel by clicking the home button straight away your springboard crashes and resprings its self, this is because multifl0w processes the app when it open but if you interupt that it confuses it and shuts it down........a wee note just so you are aware....

The lockscreen widgets are from QuickWidgets. It's still a beta and in an addable repo. I still like Kirikae because you can launch apps from a favorites list as well as auto backgrounding when you switch apps. And free.

The developer of this app did mention it will be available on cydia, but to answer your question, nope, it wont delete multiflow if you uninstall Rock after, but i'll be completely honest, if you havn't tried Rock yet, you'll be impressed I use it instead of Cydia, and it's incredible, muuuuuch faster, much nicer interface, generally everything about Rock is better than Cydia/Icy, the only thing you cant do with Rock is use the Cydia store. everytime I download rock app it puts my iphone in safe mode. I would def NOT recommend downloading rock app.

rock app's ui is nicer but its not as up to date because unlike cydia rock has to request permission for apps to be hosted with them,.. ive tried to dl several apps from rock and they say we havent got back our request yet so idk i still use cydia for that reason
