OK, my rebuttle is this - it's not illegal to film someone or take their picture without their permission, and any such film IS admissable in court. You might remember a case involving a guy called Rodney King (although I doubt it).

Actually probably dosnet work that way.. although if a cop beat up someone they wouldn't allow it to be filmed anyway. the video footage and all the CCTV cameras will mysteriously stop working for 5 minutes..

Every state has law pertain to private property.
Most of the public property have laws, that regulate for none intend purpose. To protect it from lawsuits.
Would your parents want a kid with a skate board jumping off their roof on to their car. Or some thing as stupid. I doubt it. For two reason lawsuits against the parent if some one was hurt. Damage to the property. If your parents defend you violating the laws they are nothing but FUCKHEADS.
