  • i am an absolute animal lover, but they are not doing anything wrong in this video. they are not going to die because they are in a small cage for a few hours. the only thing i found wrong in this video was those one chickens with the missing feathers, other than that, no. these animals arent suffering.

  • What exactly does PARVO smell like anyhow? I've had a dog with it before and never noticed a change in his smell. It's sad that ppl have to have something to bitch about so they take it out on some old man trying to make a living selling animals. I seriously doubt he he's making money hand over fist doing this and I would say for the money he makes these are acceptable conditions it's not like he's running a pet smart.

  • wow, looks like you've never been to trade day. Seion is right, its not like they're out there all day.

  • @ImagineSolace Oh yeah and I know you're a Grammar-Nazi, typical of angry people when their views aren't accepted. So I'll correct a typographical error I made in my third comment. It's "They're" at the start of the third sentence instead of "Their". I got so caught up in explaining how absurd your claims are, I forgot to proofread it. Normally I wouldn't have bothered to correct it without an edit feature. But since you're a Grammar-Nazi, I thought I would make the extra post.

  • Now to teh1199, I could say a lot of things to you but I won't. No, I don't eat any meat, yes I have been to slaughter houses and know the cruelty, I have "pets" as you call them and as far as raising them to make some money, we call them backyard breeders or puppy millers, you choose. Now, do me a favor and go around to every animal shelter in your state and see how many homeless dogs are sitting in them waiting and hoping to be adopted. most won't be and most will die. Do we need more?

  • To Dannon18, yes, you CAN smell parvo. It's an ugly disease and when expelled from a dog you know it. And it stays in the ground even if the owners of the animals happen to be considerate enough to clean up after them. This in turn will spread the virus to other dogs and can kill them if not treated properly.

  • I never knew that you could "Smell" parvo

  • the one who posted this needs to get out of the office go visit a poultry plant where thousands of chickens a day are processed i'll bet this person loves to eat chicken or beef i love it myself oh don't forget to post your visit to the poultry plant with this sad tune to try and win us all over

  • are we not free in this country Anymore to even raise animals and sell them if someone abuses any animal go after that person don't put collinsville and the people who raise animals down for it ... GET A LIFE get a pet be happy

  • listen i understand that some people may misteat Animals i'm a Animal lover but for the most part these people aren't doing Anything wrong at all they are breeding Animals because people want pets and livestock and also they can make some money for the hobby they are doing Tell me whats wrong with that

  • i live in collinsville and you dont have any idea what you are talking about these people are trying to make a life and this is the only way they can do it oh and by the way that thing about the beagle in a nasty cage is onlybecause that is where they have to put the cage because that is the lot the own and the reason that beagle was tied up is because it was a bitch ass beagle that was hurting the other dogs perfect explanation so unless you know what you are saying gofuck your self in the ass

  • them dogs are fine trade day only last like 4 hours any ways and half of these pictures on here just make you look stupid oh these dogs look sick how does a puppy look sick you idiot its sittin there sleepin i by all my dogs from trade day. and sell them there too somtimes but i do agree with the mexicans and the chickens haha

  • @2TweetTweet lol i'm watching this video and see you comment on it haha. tell em sharpe.

  • Puttin them critters in a cage like that makes them meat more tender. Don't his idiot know that.

  • bull fucking shit

some people are cruel to animals i admit that i htink they are fucking assholes who need to be mistreated themselves. i love animals and shit.. at school there were some cats near football field and some high schoolers wer tossing them around and throwing them. i should add that they wernt cats but KITTENS mybe 6 months old. i was disgusted.

  • I live in Collinsville. I go to trade day all of the time. Everyone is right you should be focusing on real abuse. These people are trying to give the animals a better home. I plan on buying a small lap dog at trade day this saturday. I bought my boston terriers from trade day. Most of those people really care about the animals. They want them to have good homes.

  • I watch this video alot cause this is my fave Elvis song.

  • I go to Collinsville regularly and to be honest there is no way in hell I would buy an animal there. Some of them look pretty bad.

    Buyer beware!!!

  • That's so stupid. I used to live in Collinsville. Trade Day is only one day a week and all the people there are actually very nice. They are not mis-treating animals and besides, if they were, Trade Day wouldn't be allowed, idiot.

  • what the hell...these animals are only there for a few hours and its one day a week. these animals are fine. PS- dont call me and uneducated retard. i have a JD.

  • These people were doing a good thing for the animals. Instead of feeding them rat poisen or taking them off in a field and shooting them, they were giving them a chance to be bought by families that will take care of them. You think this is bad, you should of took a picture of the mexicans carrying the chickens around in the onion sack. I don't know if they plan to eat them or fight them, but either way a mexican with an onion sack isn't good news for the chicken!

  • cunt bitch to who made this video...pussy

  • what does PARVO smell like?

  • i live in collinsville...they are only there for 3 fuckin hours...5 at the most on a good day...and it aint like they are fighting the animals or anything my goodness...people like you make our town look bad...stay out of our town u dumb bitch..and as for not eatin meat God gave u sharp teeth for a reason dumbass...and whoever cowazoo is who are u so i can come beat ur fucking ass? i live close to the piggly wiggly in the apartments

  • Well Seion, you must be real proud to live in a town where animals are treated this way and then defend the very people who do it. It isn't people like me that make it look bad, it's the ones that do this, and yes, you as well because your writing and obvious lack of any normal education makes you just as pathetic as the demons at the fair. God gave me a middle finger too but I am above using it to tell you what I think of your comment. But I'm not above calling you a typical redneck.

  • @ImagineSolace I saw grammatical errors in your comments. Don't insult somebodies writing unless you do better. Now, I have a college education, (which you seem to need before anybody can disagree with you), and I know that you are over-exaggerating on this issue. Like people have pointed out, the dogs are only there for a few hours. Many of the pictures you showed would only be offensive, to an overly sensitive tree-hugger anyway.

  • @ImagineSolace To argue the conditions were bad in some of the pics, such as the truck bed pic, is ridiculous to say the least. Most of the other pics where water bowls had been turned over only depicted the moment you passed by; more than likely the water bowl was refilled minutes later when the owner caught it. The conditions being packed? I guess the flea market hasn't gotten around to building those 500 dollar kennels for each stall yet. (Sarcasm)

  • @ImagineSolace It's a flea market, by the way, not the Hilton. The people and the animals, (much tougher than humans when withstanding the weather), stay out there for three hours. Their not going to die, or their joints lock up, because they stayed in a cage for a couple hours. If you are so offended by this sort of thing, stay away from Collinsville trade day. The reason Mr. Sparks and Mr. Aderholdt don't care is they realize you are probably mentally ill, and your ideas are ridiculous.

  • @ImagineSolace So go eat some tofu, play with your little barbie dolls, drink your formula, and leave the flea market to the adults. They are providing food, pets (affection/friendship) and labor animals there. I know it's hard for your baby mind to understand, but animals are needed for society to function. If you don't like it, go live in a cave. You can decorate it with acorns and pine-cones. For Christmas you can link pine-straw to make decorations. You can live in your own little fantasy.

  • Since all these comments have evolved over time, I felt the need to respond. After all, I am the one who made and posted the video. To "Awareness" thank you for being there for the animals. Your knowledge of the obvious shines through. To "nut case" this was done over several trips to the flea market and these dogs were observed over an entire day and nothing changed for the better for them. I do care about farm animals and no, I don't eat meat of any kind. I will speak up for any animal.

  • I applaud your efforts, i work in animal rescue, so i deal with animal cruelty on a daily basis...thank you for posting this and people who don't believe its animal abuse are morons anyway

  • OH, PUUHLEEEZ! I was raised on a farm and have seen a hell of a lot worse than that! From what I could see those animals were far from abused. So they didn't have water for an hour or so, have you gone longer than an hour without a drink? Those vendors are not going to risk harming their animals and lose money. Did you bother asking any of them if they brought extra water? You'll find they did. Use your skills and focus on real problems like cock fights and dog fights! That's real abuse!

  • This is not real abuse?!!?!? Google puppy mills. what you will come up with will be horrific and mind opening! Imagine you are in a cage with no food, water, shelter, in the 105 degree weather in a fur coat! You have ever touched solid ground. Never been able to run around. Your cage has 5 other dogs of your kind in it. This isn't abuse? See my videos if you want more info....BTW. A reputable breeder would never leave their puppies out in the 97 degree weather. It doesn't make sense. At all.

  • Keep in mind that these are not humans, they are animals. Stop trying to humanize them! Why don't you also focus your pity on the horrible conditions of cows and hogs and poultry? What you'd see in a slaughterhouse would make you vomit.

I bet you sure like to eat that meat, though.

But I guess cows, hogs and poultry aren't so cuddly and cute, huh?

They EAT dogs and cats in China. You want to see abuse? Try watching video of what they do to dogs and cats over there!

    Get real!

  • I know what they do. Believe me. I've read about it. I care about all animals. I am starting a shelter when I'm older and ALL kinds of animals will be welcome. I've heard about many different types of abuse. I focus, however, on commercial pet breeding. So why don't you focus on cows and hogs and their conditions, and the public will be informed about both topics.

  • Okay, now you're just being a dumbass. I'm not going to argue with you. You obviously have issues and decided to post a tear-jerker video (complete with Elvis singing about never walking alone, oh, boo-frigging-hoo...) so go on your way, live your life and I hope that your efforts to combat animal abuse are fruitful. I don't like animals being abused, either, but people trying to make a buck at a flea market? C'mon! Why don't you focus on shutting down the abusive breeders, okay? Good luck.

  • this is awful....sadly there are many things that go on like this in the world. My friend bought a dog like this at an amish flea market, he probably was kept like that. He's really mean, has tons of problems, and is from a mill. Thanks for informing the public about this...please look at my video on mills under awareness day tribute...thanks!

  • i live in collinsville i agree me and a few freinds have rioted about trade day animal crualty

  • Kumbayah my Lord Kumbayah
