If Gail Kim can defeat Michelle McCool, then Maryse should be no problem to her, because Maryse isn't even as good as Michelle. WWE is just to picky in who looks better wearing that Diva Champion belt, so they constantly let Maryse hold it longer, the only time Maryse lost it was because she was up against Mickie James, who is way stronger then Maryse and has more experience. Either Michelle McCool, Melina, Mickie James, or Gail Kim, one of those should be the ones holding the belts.
