He's talking specifically about this silly 'zeta reticulae' ufo cult that thinks they're in contact with star people, that's the reference to the 'Zetan's fill the sky". But the song is a revelation of the method piece that says, project blue beam may be used to fool you into thinking extraterrestrials have come to save us but it's really our own leaders fooling us with satellites projecting it in the sky. As for the term 'exopolitics' I can't think of more apt term.

The cloud just over the trees near the middle is his ice breath.

The point of this video is to show, by the Lyrics of the Rock Band MUSE and by the Chemtrails being sprayed in our skies around the globe that "SOMETHING" is very wrong here!
Exo-Politics is about UFO stuff, Muse are singing about it, it's the title of this music track of theirs that I've used as my background track.
Question: 1. Why are we being sprayed like bugs with carcinogenic chemicals?

They are sprating for many reasons, as there are many diff private corporations conducting testing all will govt funding, possibly filtered thru backdoors of legit private fronts (that sound's rude).
Get evidence of a money trail, investigate the Chinese Co making-selling the chemicals, track the aircraft, out the pilots.

Some people i know in the military say that H.A.R.R.P is a mind controlling devise that tesla helped come up with.

The ugly face breathing out the freezing cloud in the storm cloud at v3:03 is very suspiscious (appears earlier also, but that is where I caught it.)
