Messar was educated musician. Survived ALL EVIL and in 1947 finally emigrated to USA where became a cantor in synagogue.

Messar today is hardly known or remebered and his recordings are actual rarities. Time is sometimes unjust: there are artists who should be "still with us", yet...disappear. And to tell you the truth they interest me most.
