I think he's got talent. Really good for a guy without any beforehand knowledge.

He plays pretty well, but I think he's missing one of the most essential parts - the beat, xD Better to keep it simple on steady beat, then do a lot but get off timing. Anyways, tell him great job. He's got talent.
