Les mettre dans un grand territoire, afin qu'ils puissent vivre et évoluer dans une société parallèle entre eux, serait bien mieux, non?
Dès la sixième année ces enfants devraient être retirées à leurs parents afin d'êtres préparés pour vivre en autonomie. A quand les véritables actions politiques ??
