@Bendeco08 England doesn't do free dental care for everyone anymore (other NHS general health is free for all, but NHS dental care is seperarte). NHS dental care is only free for those on welfare benefits, students, children and those over 60 years of age. If you're working, you have to pay and it costs about £15 to have a dental check up and about £20 to have a filling done. Of course, that is less than private dental care, but many people still have to pay that.
My side tooth is a abscess, had it for 3 yrs. I usually pop to drain as much infection as I can evry other day. Now its on the roof of my mouth too. I'm aware not going to the dentist to treat bad teeth can spread to the body and be deadly. Dental care is very expensive, can't afford it right now. I have a family/living expenses. It's cheap to remove teeth but I will only have this tooth removed if replaced. Any herbs I can buy to help me with my bad teeth? I take motrin to deal with pain.
grapefruit extract and colloidal silver,i have the same problem and its just now becoming abscessed and i was doing research and these 2 are suppose to help it,the grapefruit is some kind of antibiotic and the oil is something to help get rid of it im gonna try it,how can you pop it is my question? im afraid to and afraid of seeing dentist :(
Hi! I have heard that those are also great! Thanks for the info.
But u need to go to the dentist asap. Bring an ipod, walkman with music that soothes u and or a uplifting book. Don't pop ur abscess urself. If u dont know how have the dentist do it., and he or she will give u antibiotics. Good Luck and take care.
I had an infected tooth for 2wks and just today I got an abscess on my gum and it grew huge, its already got the white layer of puss on it, gonna get it fixed tomorrow hopefully
wtf i swear ive had like 3 of those in the past 3 months and they never hurt didnt know what they were till now, my mouths never had any pain actually, is it possible that i could have some condition that i dont feel pain in my mouth?
No, most of them don't hurt and they go away as they showed up, but you really shouldn't have like 3 in a single month. You need to modify and improve your dental hygiene, specialy the flushing. Remember, the teeth are not all we have in our mouth, the gum, the tongue and inner chicks also need regular cleaning.
Thats a cold sore, or a herpe. Ive got one now..the best way to get rid of those quick, is yogurt and dairy products..anything with milk thats a liquid, or a creamy substance. Wisdom teeth, wait till the skin breaks, then go to the dentist..get ahold of some Valium till the skin breaks.
Go to a Endodontic specialist instead of a regular dentist for it. Mines was painless and i got to watch TV while they did it. They said i had an infection by the dead nerve so thats why i kept getting that bump thing.
i had one before. i had gotten a infecion from my wisdom eeth coming in wrong and t came. i ended up popping it and it felt mch better. but it was really disgusting
i keot pushing my tounge against it until it finally popped. but he can use his hands. you can also take a needle and stick it ith it then sqeeze but either way their ill be alot of pus
I would do child birth anyday then go through this pain i carnt move my face its really swollen i carnt eat drink or talk ive took an overdose on tablets . I think i will go to the dentists and ask take me teeth out and give me false teeth on more pain would be great
ughh, this shit fucked up my winter break i was in the hospital for a week my cheek looked like a baseball i remember i commented on this video the day they finally told me i could go homr. they hurt like shit and i had to get surgery to get it removed.
I wish you the best of luck dude; my last procedure was an apoceptomy (10y after the first abcess appeared!) and it's been all quiet on the canine front since then.
Trust me, you'll be putting the dentist forward for a sainthood once they exorcise the pain.
ugh. one of my teeth abcessed about 6 months ago and even though we caught it early on, it was still terribly painful and it took awhile to get my root canal and even longer to get the damn tooth crowned.
I chipped my top back tooth playing rugby, and i went to my dentist and had it filled. Some time after i got an abscess on the same tooth and went to my local emergency dental hospital and they gave me anti-biotics, the swelling has gone but i still have discharge. Is this common? i dont like the idea of having the tooth extracted! Josh.
Dont worry about having one tooth extracted, I've about fourteen extracted lol, and I'm getting two more took out hopefully next week, these things are killing me right now:) This is the third day of antibiotics and still no relief.
Josh, the source of the infection is the tooth and it will likely not go away until the tooth is pulled. The trauma to the tooth is what caused the absess. It's very common, and just like yours, the absesses don't appear right away. Go to the dentist before you wake up with your face swollen like a pumpkin!! :-) Seriously.
If child-birth is one of the most painful experiences you can endure then having a huge abscess just above your front teeth is like giving birth from your mouth!
I've been particularly unlucky with repeat occurences of these gruesome gum grenades but the mixture of relief and gratitude when your dentist goes nuclear on them is heavenly.
Eesh, I have an abcess right above my... not the canine but the one right beside it going back. Dear lord the pain I feel every time I have to drain it is intense.
Luckily I just found this cheap (but reputable!) dentist and I've got an appointment to PROBABLY have it filled soon.
I'm so excited to feel this heavenly bliss you speak of...
ugh i hade an absessed tooth ad had to stay at the hospital for 5 days with antibiotics until they drained it yesterday at the operating room because the swelling on my cheek was the size of a baseball i just came home today my cheek is still swollen but it should get better soon its very painful, u dont want a tooth like that.
omg im geting scare already my cheek is geting all swollen too is geting biger and they gave me an appointment till june oh hellz to the fucking no this shit is painful i dont know what to do
