You completely missed my point. A policeman's job, again, is your safety. That's what's how it's SUPPOSED to be. They are SUPPOSED to do the right thing. They are SUPPOSED to be who you call on when you have a problem. How it should be and how it is are two different things. When they put on that uniform, they are SUPPOSED to be officers of law and order. What they are SUPPOSED to be and what they are, are obviously two different things.

A ploiceman's job is "...To Serve And Protect..." This means, in an ideal situation, one would trust them. Their job is your safety. We are supposed to trust them, but stories like this make it tough. I have had to call the police in the past, and in the town where I live, they seem okay, except for one. He has attitude literally dripping off of him. You can't say they are ALL like that, there are a number of good ones, but this story is disgraceful.

Don't try and get sympathy by claiming you are going to kill yourself and you won't be placed on suicide watch and strip searched. Also note that if you are arrested with drugs, weapons or a violent crime either now or in the past. You will be strip searched when being processed into jail. Everyone is given plenty of chances to disrobe themselves before officers are forced to do it. If you go to jail looking for a fight, then a fight is what you will find.

She DIDN'T claim to kill herself, she just gave a sarcastic answer.

She was NOT given a chance to disrobe, and after a MONTHS long "investigation" the state FAILED to find anyone that said she DID refuse.

After the investigation it was discovered that the sheriff's dept had also apparently withheld information from the grand jury investigators. Yet "investigators" did not reopen the case.

I have done a LOT more than just watch a few videos, I have called and looked into this case. Its all BS!

Do you know if she saw a magistrate before this happened? If she didn't get to step in front of a magistrate then this is a criminal case against all of these deputies and the sheriff. Of course if the district attorney doesn't want to seek that action you would have to go in front of the Grand Jury yourself and don't forget to bring charges against the prosecutor for obstructing justice by not doing his job. They should all go to prison for this and I don't see how a GJ could deny it.

The grand jury can only decide on the information given them.

They were given the police reports, spellchecked and presented as FACT, by the BCI investigator.

It wasn't so much an investigation as it was a SMEAR campaign against Hope Steffey.

I have a copy of what was sent to the Stark County prosecutor, the investigation was a JOKE!

And even when the BCI found LIES, they still took the word of the cops, over that of Steffey & witnesses.

Her trial was a sham too.
