The International Court of Justice confirmed in its advisory opinion on the Apartheid Wall being built in the West Bank that East Jerusalem is part of the Occupied Palestinian Territories. As the Court said the Israeli claims to have annexed East Jerusalem are "null and void". The position in international law is quite clear and will be the basis of the two state settlement which is inevitably coming - and about time too as the Palestinians have been waiting too long for justice

Try to not get confused between what you would like, and reality.

The reality is that Jerusalem was never in history the capital of any country, except Israel or Judeea. And when Israel "occupied" East Jerusalem in June 1967, it took it from a country named Jordan. A country named Palestine has never existed in history, and will never exist. You know why ? Because we (the Jewish people) are drawing the maps in this area.
