Clearly the SUV"S fault. (No doubt an Asian driver as they do this all the time) as its turning, it merges onto the second (outside) lane and fails to stay on the first one. The blue car that hit it obviously had the right of way as it was on the far (2nd lane) Just another idiot who thinks he/she owns the road, and that everyone else needs to make way for them
