I think it might be a little better if you don't make the lines appear and faded so quickly.
The fade in/fade out feature is probably better for this. It would suit your poem better and really I think it was good besides that.
Just a little opinion. Not trying to ridicule you or anything.

it is far easier to avoid being snarred, than to escape, once you have been caught in the net. and so on...and so on...and... love is hard
