For people wondering whether or not it's bad, it depends what kind of shisha or substance you smoke. You can get herbal shisha without tar, nicotine or tobacco in it which does not affect your health, then you can get shisha containing tobacco which is obviously like cigarettes, but the filtration method is supposed to lower the levels of tar, nicotine and tobacco. Then you can smoke stuff like weed in it. So it goes from harmless to harmful, depending on how you want to use a hookah.

@pornomafia26 hookah is nothing like cigarettes, it is not NEARLY as bad for you. it contains no additives, and low amounts of nicotine. so i mean hookah isn't good for you obviously but it's not that bad for you. if your worried about it you could probably smoke herbal shisha anyways - look into that. i dont know that much about herbal but its made out of tea leaves.
