i heard there is a way to play 480i games on the monitor. to put the games on 480p. It was something with a black sreen and than go left and press a or something :P
If a gamecube game supports 480p, or Progressive scan, or EDTV (all names for the same thing) you hold B on your gamecube controler when you start the game from your Wii, it will bring up a little box asking if you want to enable Progressive Scan (you can't see it though, since it's still in 480i) then press the A button.
That was for a review of Vdigi's Nintedo Wii VGA cables. I was showing the reader what happened if a game did not support 480p and you tried to play it on your Wii using these VGA cables to play on a computre Monitor.
But all the original wii games suppot 480p right?
vga cable will work for all wii games?

@myguel99 not all of them. madworld doesn't have a 480p mode for example.
