This summed up darts at this period in history, and it proved to be the beginning of the end for televised darts during the early/mid eighties. Companies considering sponsorship for the big darts tournaments said "Fuck it" after watching this. Only the BDO/PDC split, Barry Hearn & SKY TV saved darts.
