dude, that max steel rip off's body form and articulations are actually from a spiderman old figure (From "Spiderman TOS" 1994) that had those plastic sucker thingys to paste it on a window. (I used tu had it as a child, it might be somewhere arround my place), that might be the reason why it has spiderman (in black?) design on parts of it
