I wish I could un-hear this song (well actually the whole Rising album), purely so I could hear it for the first time again, I got it on vinyl for 50p, I knew 'Since You Been Gone' but not any other Rainbow tracks, I was expecting more songs like that (not that it's not a good track) but the main reason I brought it was because the cover was cool. I was shocked when I heard the amazing music coming from that record!.

Great song WNEW in NYC use to play this every day between 4:30 and 5PM while I was at work that summer. Brings back great memories and I was lucky enough to see them play this live before the release of Rainbow Rising. Hard to beleive Dio and Powell are gone. RIP to 2 great musicians.

check out the band downlode singing sweet child of mine on you tube, this guy has any uncanny rock voice that changes at 3:05, then normal at 3:07, uncanny at 3:21, back to normal at 3:27, then uncanny at 5:01 through to end. i don't get it, it 's deep and high at the same time?? any thoughts? , it's a ball tearing awesome sound live too, he uses it in a few songs, and to do high ( deep ) screams. please check it out
