It's really great to hear it again after all these years! I bought an old wax 78 from a junk shop in Sheringham way back in the 1960s. I was with my girlfriend at the time, who later became my wife of 42 years. Sadly, I lost her last year. The record got broken - of course - but I never forgot it. It now means so much to me. Thank you so every much. It reminds of happier days.
Actually recorded in 1934. Jack was at the BBC from 1928 - 32 (record labels Columbia and Regal) and from 1932 - 36 recorded first on Imperial, and from 1934 on Rex
